In most cases where condensation is evident it is normally due to a combination of factors occurring within a property, lack of natural air flow and style of occupation i.e. drying clothes on radiators, showering, cooking etc. all of which create excessive moisture within the air which is drawn to cold external wall surfaces, eventually leading to Black Spot mould growth.

If the property is not sufficiently heated and ventilated, especially where double glazing has been installed without trickle vents, unfortunately this type of problem is almost inevitable.
