We have considerable experience in dealing with problems related to structures, with experience prior to the formation of this company in 1989 and we do a lot of work based on client recommendations.  We deal with requests on an individual basis, formulating our reports accordingly.

It is our experience that each property has an individual character and therefore, one cannot encompass structures under one category and therefore we strive to present an unbiased report dealing with your specific structural problems.

In some instances, particularly in conditions of severe dry rot, a quotation may not be possible and in these situations we give an estimate that would not be exceeded without prior consultation.

We also offer architects and other professionals, a consultancy service based on agreed fees. If asked to quote for genuine treatments or restoration, our inspection service is normally free of charge. However, we have been approached on an increasing basis in recent years to supply a general report on the conditions of property, very often prior to purchase, in order to establish if extensive expenditure will be required related to the services we offer. In some cases we may feel it is necessary to submit costs for this particular form of consultancy but this would be made clear to you at the time of appointment.

All our damp proofing and timber treatment chemicals are low odour, water-based and biodegradable in line with EU regulations.
